It has been a great start to the year!!! The students are demonstrating proper hand-washing techniques and ways to prevent the spread of infections, especially with the battle against H1N1. Below you can click on the link to the new song "Squirmie Germie". This song displays the proper methods in order to keep good hygiene and CLEAN HANDS.
Next, in health class we will be focusing on the human body!!!! Students will be engaged with physical activity and obstacle courses of both the heart and digestive systems. They will also take part in numerous songs from the new DVD, "Hip Hop Health, Learning Concepts Through Physical Activity". What you know about the Bone Dance!!! and Pump it Up, a song about muscles.
