Our 6th graders are involved in creating hot air balloons, making key chains and
golf tees, building straw structures, operating an ice cream truck, becoming
environmentally aware, manipulating robots, building gliders, using hydraulics
and simple machines while building with legos.
In 7th and 8th grade we are busy building rockets, learning to solder, creating computer
animations, performing physics experiments involving heat, light and sound,
creating circuits, drafting, plotting with a CAD system, programming robots,
making floor plans, reading blueprints, cooking solar hotdogs, recording audio
broadcasts, building balsa wood towers, flying airplanes, plotting
navigational courses, growing radiated seeds, and building DNA models.
It's a cool place to be, every day is exciting and different!
